1. 수집하는 정보

저희가 직접 수집하는 것은 없습니다. 이름·이메일·전화번호·정확한 위치· 연락처·사진을 저희 서버로 가져가지 않습니다. 애초에 저희 서버가 없고 계정도 없습니다. 광고 표시 과정에서 구글이 수집하는 값은 6항을 보십시오.

2. 카메라를 왜 쓰나

「실물 큐브 촬영」 기능을 쓸 때만 카메라 권한을 요청합니다. 그 기능을 열지 않으면 권한을 묻지 않고, 거부하더라도 배우기·연습·기록 등 나머지 기능은 전부 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다.

카메라 화면은 큐브 각 칸이 여섯 색 중 어느 색인지 읽는 데에만 쓰입니다.

• 사진이나 영상을 저장하지 않습니다. 파일로 남지 않습니다.
• 카메라 화면을 어디로도 전송하지 않습니다. 기기 안에서만 처리합니다.
• 화면에서 가져오는 것은 칸마다의 색 하나뿐이고, 그 색 배치만 앱 안에서 쓰입니다.

그래서 플레이 스토어 데이터 보안 신고에서도 “사진 또는 동영상”을 수집하지 않는다고 답합니다. 기기 밖으로 나가지 않고 저장도 하지 않기 때문입니다.

3. 안드로이드 권한

사용자에게 직접 묻는 권한은 카메라 하나뿐입니다. 위치·연락처·저장소· 마이크는 요청하지 않습니다.

다만 광고 SDK가 매니페스트에 다음 권한을 자동으로 추가합니다. 모두 normal 보호수준이라 설치 시나 실행 중에 별도 동의를 요구하지 않지만, 스토어의 권한 목록에는 표시됩니다.

• 인터넷 접근, 네트워크 상태 확인 — 광고를 불러오기 위해
• 광고 ID 접근 — 안드로이드 13 이상에서 광고 식별자를 읽기 위해
• 절전 방지, 포그라운드 서비스 — 광고 로딩과 측정 중 구글 플레이 서비스가 사용
• 프라이버시 샌드박스 3종 — 안드로이드의 광고 ID·기여도·관심주제 API

연습·학습·촬영 기능 자체는 인터넷 없이도 그대로 동작합니다. 통신이 없을 때는 광고 자리가 비어 있을 뿐입니다.

4. 기기에 저장되는 것

다음 값이 기기 내부 저장소에만 보관됩니다. 저희 서버는 존재하지 않습니다.

• 큐브를 맞춘 기록 (걸린 시간, 섞은 순서, 회전 수)
• 학습 진도 (어느 단계까지 통과했는지)
• 설정 값 (언어, 화면 테마, 큐브 스킨, 소리, 인스펙션, 회전 속도)
• 광고를 보고 연 스킨의 목록

앱을 삭제하거나 기기 설정에서 앱 데이터를 지우면 함께 사라집니다.

5. 구글 백업에 관하여

안드로이드의 자동 백업 기능이 켜져 있으면, 위의 저장 값이 이용자 본인의 Google 계정 드라이브에 백업될 수 있습니다. 이는 안드로이드 운영체제가 제공하는 기능이며 저희가 그 내용을 보거나 받아볼 수는 없습니다. 기기의 설정 → Google → 백업에서 끌 수 있습니다.

6. 앱의 광고

1.1.0 버전부터 앱에 광고가 표시됩니다. 광고는 구글 AdMob이 제공합니다. 저희는 광고를 띄울 자리만 내어 줄 뿐, 어떤 광고가 나갈지 고르지 않고 이용자의 정보를 넘기지도 않습니다. 광고는 두 가지입니다.

• 배너 — 홈 화면 아래쪽, 그리고 연습·단계 학습 화면 위쪽에 한 줄로 표시됩니다.
• 보상형 광고 — 캐릭터 큐브 스킨을 열 때만 나옵니다. 잠긴 스킨을 누르면 무엇을 받는지 먼저 안내하고, 사용자가 「광고 보고 받기」를 눌러야 재생됩니다. 끝까지 보면 그 스킨이 열리고, 한 번 열면 계속 쓸 수 있습니다. 광고를 보지 않아도 큐브를 맞추고 배우는 기능은 전부 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다.

광고를 띄우는 과정에서 구글이 다음과 같은 값을 수집할 수 있습니다.

• 광고 ID — 안드로이드가 광고용으로 주는 식별자. 설정에서 초기화하거나 끌 수 있습니다.
• 기기 정보 — 기기 종류, 운영체제 버전, 화면 크기, 언어 같은 것
• 대략적인 위치 — IP 주소로 추정하는 국가·지역 수준. 정확한 GPS 위치가 아닙니다.
• 광고 상호작용 — 광고가 보였는지, 눌렀는지

이 값들의 처리에는 저희 방침이 아니라 구글의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 구글이 광고 데이터를 어떻게 쓰는지는 구글 파트너 사이트 안내에 있습니다.

유럽에 계신 분

유럽 경제 지역·영국·스위스에서 접속하시면 광고를 띄우기 전에 동의 창이 먼저 뜹니다. 맞춤 광고를 거부하실 수 있고, 거부하셔도 연습·학습·촬영 기능은 그대로 이용하실 수 있습니다.

맞춤 광고를 끄고 싶으시면

안드로이드 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고에서 광고 ID를 초기화하거나 삭제하실 수 있습니다. 삭제하시면 맞춤 광고가 꺼지고, 광고 자체는 맞춤이 아닌 형태로 계속 나옵니다.

7. 제3자 제공

광고 외에는 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하는 정보가 없습니다. 행동 분석 도구나 오류 보고 SDK는 넣지 않았습니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

이 앱은 아동을 주 대상으로 만든 앱이 아니며, 만 13세 이상을 대상으로 배포합니다. 저희가 직접 수집하는 개인정보는 없고, 외부 링크나 채팅, 이용자 간 소통 기능도 없습니다. 광고는 아동 대상 취급(child-directed treatment)으로 요청하지 않습니다.

9. 결제

유료 결제나 인앱 구매는 없습니다. 스킨을 여는 방법은 광고를 보는 것뿐이며, 결제를 추가하게 되면 이 방침을 먼저 갱신한 뒤 그 버전을 배포합니다.

앱의 아이콘은 Tabler Icons(MIT License, © 2020–2026 Paweł Kuna)를 사용합니다.

11. 방침의 변경

방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 위의 “최종 수정일”을 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경은 새 앱 버전을 배포하기 전에 먼저 반영합니다.

1. Personal data we collect

Nothing we collect ourselves. We do not take names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, or photos to our servers. We have no servers and no accounts. For values Google collects while serving ads, see section 6.

2. Why the camera is used

The camera permission is requested only when you use the “scan a real cube” feature. If you never open it you are never asked, and if you decline, everything else — lessons, practice, records — keeps working.

The camera feed is used solely to read which of the six colors each sticker is.

• We do not save photos or video. Nothing is written to a file.
• We do not transmit the camera feed anywhere. It is processed on the device.
• The only thing taken from the image is one color per sticker, and that layout is then used inside the app.

For this reason the Play Store data safety declaration states that the app does not collect “Photos or videos” — nothing leaves the device and nothing is stored.

3. Android permissions

The only permission we ask you for is the camera. We request no location, contacts, storage, or microphone permission.

The ads SDK does add the following to the manifest. All are normal-level permissions, so they prompt neither at install nor at runtime, but they appear in the store listing.

• Internet, network state — to fetch ads
• Advertising ID — to read the ad identifier on Android 13+
• Wake lock, foreground service — used by Google Play services while loading and measuring ads
• Three Privacy Sandbox permissions — Android's ad ID, attribution, and topics APIs

Practice, lessons, and scanning all work without a connection. With no network the ad slot simply stays empty.

4. What is stored on your device

Only the following values are kept in the app's own on-device storage. We operate no servers.

• Solve records (time taken, scramble sequence, number of moves)
• Learning progress (which stages you have cleared)
• Settings (language, theme, cube skin, sound, inspection, turn speed)
• The list of skins unlocked by watching an ad

Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in system settings, deletes them.

5. About Google Backup

If Android's Auto Backup is enabled on your device, the values above may be backed up to your own Google account's Drive. This is an operating-system feature; we cannot see or retrieve its contents. You can turn it off in Settings → Google → Backup.

6. Advertising in the app

The app shows ads from version 1.1.0. Ads are served by Google AdMob. We only provide the space; we do not choose which ads appear and we do not hand over your information. There are two placements.

• Banner — a single row at the bottom of the home screen and at the top of the practice and lesson screens.
• Rewarded ad — shown only when unlocking a character cube skin. Tapping a locked skin first explains what you get, and the ad plays only after you tap “Watch an ad to unlock”. Watch it through and that skin opens; once unlocked it stays yours. Solving and learning work fully without ever watching an ad.

While serving ads, Google may collect the following.

• Advertising ID — the identifier Android provides for ads. You can reset or delete it in Settings.
• Device information — device model, OS version, screen size, language
• Approximate location — country or region inferred from IP. Not precise GPS location.
• Ad interactions — whether an ad was shown or tapped

In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland a consent form appears before ads are shown. You may refuse personalised ads; practice, lessons, and scanning still work if you do.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID under Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. Deleting it turns off personalised ads; ads themselves continue in a non-personalised form.

7. Sharing with third parties

Apart from advertising, no data is shared with or sold to third parties. Behavioral analytics and crash-reporting SDKs are absent.

8. Children's privacy

This app is not primarily directed at children and is distributed for users aged 13 and over. We collect no personal data ourselves, and there are no external links, chat, or user-to-user communication features. Ads are not requested with child-directed treatment.

9. Payments

There are no purchases or in-app products. Watching an ad is the only way to unlock a skin. Should payments be added, this policy is updated first and only then is the new version released.

10. Open-source notice

The app's icons come from Tabler Icons (MIT License, © 2020–2026 Paweł Kuna).

11. Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the “last updated” date above. Material changes are made before the new app version is published.
